A Fisherman's Guide to Selected Lakes of Northwest Montana

Most northwest Montana fishing guides offer very limited information on a large number of Montana lakes, most of which their authors have never even been near. This fishing guide to northwest Montana provides detailed information on selected Montana lakes and their surrounding area, as well as directions and fishing tips. All lakes included in this book have been personally visited, photographed, and in most cases fished by the author.

While the emphasis is on the northwest Montana fisherman's perspective, the detailed trail and camping information is equally applicable to those who only wish to hike and camp.

The northwest Montana lakes selected for inclusion in this book are from Flathead, Lake, Lincoln, Mineral, Missoula and Sanders counties of northwest Montana. They range from lowland lakes to alpine lakes. Many can be driven to, while others require a hike.
